Our security officers are available for permanent, as well as temporary assignments, including labor disturbances, special events, emergency responses and vacation relief. The security officers who are employed with Rubicon Security have experience in industrial, commercial and residential security. Each officer is selected specifically for his or her assigned post according to his/her experience. All officers go through a fingerprinting process with the State of California for a complete background check. All
security officers go through a drug screen.
Most important, we will assign security personnel with the level of professionalism that will enhance their role to insure top quality service in securing your property.
All of our security officers have a thorough knowledge of the principles of security, crisis intervention and the criminal law process.
